Terms and Conditions for Organizers

These Terms and Conditions apply to all events, including seminars, conferences, workshops, faculty development programs, and online events (“Events”) organized through SodhEvents, a division of Mintbotics Edutech Private Limited.

1. Event Organization

• Organizers are responsible for planning and executing following aspects of their offline Events, including venue selection and participant engagement.
• SodhEvents shall handle all financial operations related to the Events, including ticket sales, expense management, and payment of remunerations, speaker engagement and event conduct.

2. Financial Responsibilities

• Online Events: SodhEvents retains all proceeds and profits from ticket sales. SodhEvents is also responsible for covering all expenses related to the Event, including speaker fees and other associated costs.
• Offline Events: If the organizer chooses to hold an Event at a venue of their choice, they shall bear all related costs, including travel expenses, dearness allowance, remunerations, and hospitality. The organizer may decide to sell tickets or offer the Event for free, but all associated costs are at their own expense.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• In case of cancellation by the organizer, the organizer shall be responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
• Any refunds or ticket adjustments due to Event cancellation will be managed by SodhEvents, following a pre-established refund policy.

4. Liability

• SodhEvents is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
• Organizers must ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national laws when conducting their Events.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, presentations, and content shared during the Events remain the intellectual property of their respective creators unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Modification of Terms

• SodhEvents reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the organizers and will take effect immediately upon notice.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
