Terms and Conditions for Event Registration

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and participation in events such as seminars, conferences, faculty development programs, training programs, symposiums, and other similar events (collectively, “Events”) organized by ShodhEvents, a division of Mintbotics Edutech Private Limited, located at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India (“Organizer”). By registering for an Event, you (“Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment

1.1 Eligibility: To register for an Event, you must complete the registration process, provide current, complete, and accurate information, and agree to these Terms.
1.2 Registration Fee: Some Events may require payment of a registration fee. The amount and payment terms will be detailed on the Event registration page.

2. Event Participation

2.1 Attendance: Attendees are required to attend the Event for the full duration specified unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
2.2 Event Schedule: The Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, content, speakers, or venue without prior notice. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendees of any changes. For further information, contact admin@shodhevents.com.
2.3 Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all Event participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the Organizer reserves the right to remove violators without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property and Recording

3.1 Materials and Content: All Event materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and handouts, are the property of the Organizer and/or the respective speakers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission.
3.2 Recording: Attendees are prohibited from recording any portion of the Event without prior written consent from the Organizer. The Organizer may record the Event for promotional or educational purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or voice in such recordings. 4. Liability and Disclaimer

4.1 Event Changes: The Organizer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any change in the schedule, venue, or format of the Event.
4.2 Force Majeure: The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delay or cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or natural disasters.
4.3 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Organizer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Event information provided. The information and services are provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind. For any clarifications, please email admin@shodhevents.com.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Attendee: If you cancel your registration, any refunds will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Cancellation and Refund Policy, which can be accessed here. For questions related to cancellations and refunds, contact admin@shodhevents.com.
5.2 Cancellation by Organizer: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event at any time. In the event of cancellation, Attendees will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1 Use of Personal Data: Your personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 6.2 Third-Party Sharing: The Organizer may share your information with third-party service providers involved in the Event management process. We do not sell your information to third parties.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiations. 8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Attendees are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
