Cancellation and Refunds Policy for ShodhEvents

1. Purpose:
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for events organized by ShodhEvents, a division of Mintbotics Edutech Private Limited, located at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1. Offline Events:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the event start time. Requests made within this period will be eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Online Events:

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made within this timeframe.

3. Refund Policy:

3.1. Eligible Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframes.

3.2. Non-Eligible Refunds:

  • Cancellations made after the deadlines, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Event Cancellation by ShodhEvents:

  • ShodhEvents reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
